Return Conditions
- Product must be returned in original packaging and as‑new condition
- All media, documentation and accessories must be included
- Return must be authorized with a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number
Refund Methods
- Refund or credit to the original payment method
- Store credit may be issued
- Refund amount may be reduced by applicable restocking, shipping, or handling fees
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Commercial customers who purchased via Purchase Order cannot return
- Returns without a CRA number are considered unauthorized and receive no refund
- Certain products may be excluded as outlined in the policy
- Restocking fees may be applied unless the product is defective or Dell error
- Refunds may be reduced by shipping and handling fees
Online / Mail Returns
- Initiate return via dell.com/orders using order number
- Print prepaid return label and ship or drop off at an authorized location
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective products are eligible for a no‑restocking‑fee return
- If Dell made an error, no restocking fee is charged
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible through the same return process
Additional Notes
- Returns are not permitted for resellers or commercial PO purchases
- Authorized returns require a CRA number; otherwise the item will not be returned
