Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in its original condition.
- For retail store returns, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC code, packaging, and all accessories.
- Items purchased at retail or other online stores must be returned to the original purchase location.
Refund Methods
- Credit to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Opened software is nonrefundable.
- Downloadable items are nonrefundable.
- Custom products are nonrefundable.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can start the return process online by submitting a return request.
- Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of shipping.
In-Store Returns
- Items purchased at retail or online stores other than Garmin.com must be returned to the location where they were purchased.
- The Garmin retail store in Miami offers refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- For retail returns, the original receipt or a record of purchase in Garmin's system is required.
Additional Notes
- Return policies for items bought at other retail stores may vary, and restocking fees may apply.
- Once tracking shows the return has been delivered, it can take up to 2 business days for US orders for the status to update.
