Return Conditions
- Only items purchased directly from www.corsair.com can be returned to CORSAIR.
- Item must be repackaged in the original packaging, with all cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation included.
- Returned items must be free of physical damage.
- Labels must not be removed.
- Corsair may refuse to refund products that have deteriorated, been damaged or tampered with, have had their labels removed, or are in a state that clearly indicates use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are applied back to the original payment method.
- If purchased via PayPal or Amazon Pay, a credit will be issued to that account.
- If purchased using a CORSAIR Store Gift Card, the refund will be sent as an electronic CORSAIR Store Gift Card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- CORSAIR Store Gift Cards are ineligible for return.
- CORSAIR gaming chairs are ineligible for return.
- Partial refunds of bundles are not provided; all items part of a bundle are required to be returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated via self-service through a CORSAIR account or via a 'Return Items' link in the shipping-confirmation email for guest checkout.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- Customers must clearly write or display the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a printed copy of the RMA confirmation email inside the package.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a CORSAIR error.
- It is recommended to use a return shipping method that provides tracking information.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact customer service via a support ticket or phone for a replacement.
- Exchanges for defective items are permitted within the 60 calendar day return window.
- For warranty replacements after 60 days from the purchase date, customers should contact Corsair technical support.
- Standard RMA: a replacement product is sent only after the defective item is received and inspected by Corsair.
- Advanced RMA: a replacement product is shipped first after a credit card charge, and the faulty product is then returned for a refund of the charged amount. A pre-paid return label is provided.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for defective items are permitted within the 60-day return window.
- For warranty replacements after 60 days, customers should contact technical support.
- Standard RMA and Advanced RMA options are available for replacements.
Additional Notes
- Only items purchased directly from www.corsair.com can be returned to CORSAIR.

- Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is the result of a CORSAIR handling error.
