Return Policy with Dillards Citi Card Question

In the past with Dillard branded credit cards, returns if purchased on the card were honored up to 90 days which was an extension of the usual 30 day return policy. When recently trying to return an item, I was told that the new Citi branded Dillards card did not offer this perk. Has anyone had this
