Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be saleable
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, undamaged)
- Must include all tags and original packaging
Refund Methods
- Credit to original form of payment
- Merchandise credit (if no receipt)
- Refund for furniture protection plans
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Pre-owned merchandise (CHANEL, myGemma, REBAG) eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase
- Items marked "The Final Offer"
- Altered, customized, monogrammed, or personalized products
- Breast pumps
- Food and beverage items
- Sexual wellness products
- Furniture, mattresses, and area rugs
- Items sold and shipped by a third party seller
- Outdoor furniture delivered on or after June 27th cannot be returned
Additional Notes
- Any gifts with purchase must be returned with qualifying items or their value may be deducted
- Merchandise purchased at bloomingdales.com or a Bloomingdale’s store cannot be returned or exchanged at The Outlet Store
