Return Conditions
- Returns for refund are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
- Original proof of purchase is required for a refund.
- Merchandise must have been purchased directly from www.buildabear.com, a Build-A-Bear Workshop retail store in the US, or by phone through Guest Service.
- Items can be returned to any US Build-A-Bear Workshop retail store or to the Build-A-Bear Workshop Returns Department.
- Sale items can be returned or exchanged for the promotional price of purchase.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In-Store Returns
- Returns are accepted at any US Build-A-Bear Workshop retail store.
- For online orders returned in-store, provide the associate with your original order number.
- Minor repairs can be made in stores by associates.
Gift Returns
- If the original proof of purchase is not available, an exchange or merchandise credit may be provided at Build-A-Bear's discretion.

Build a bear won’t give me my money for returned items
Asking for tips and advice or if anyone else has experienced this before. I don’t usually return items by mail due to problems with getting lost and tracking updates etc. I returned a few items that I bought back in October/November. I made sure these items were sent back WITHIN the 90 days, but now
