Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused.
- Items must include all tags, parts, and accessories.
- Footwear should be tried on in clean, carpeted areas to avoid damages.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive a Coach Merchandise Card (store credit).
- If a replacement item for an exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items personalized or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customized items and made-to-order items (including Coach Create, monogrammed items, and cut-to-size belts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
- Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
- Handbags are not eligible for online exchanges; they must be returned via mail or exchanged in a Coach store.
Online / Mail Returns
- Items can be returned by mail using a pre-paid shipping label.
- A $7 fee will be deducted from your refund when using the pre-paid return label.
- Alternatively, items can be shipped via insured, traceable means to the provided return address.
- Shoes and clothing can be exchanged online for a different size or color.
In-Store Returns
- Full refunds are offered when returning items in-person at Coach stores.
- All items are eligible for exchange in any Coach store.
Gift Returns
- Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive a Coach Merchandise Card (store credit).
Price Adjustments
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for price adjustments.
Exchange Policy
- Items can be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
- All items are eligible for exchange in any Coach store.
- Handbags are not eligible for online exchanges.
- For online exchanges, the original item must be shipped to the distribution center within 3 days of initiating the exchange.
- Online exchanges are processed within 5-7 days after the original item arrives at the distribution center.
