- Customized items and made-to-order items (including Coach Create, monogrammed items, and cut-to-size belts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
- Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
- Handbags are not eligible for online exchanges; they must be returned via mail or exchanged in a Coach store.
Kate Spade
- Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Merchandise discounted by 50% or more from the original price is considered final sale.
- Fragrances, Kate Spade New York by Lenox items, and Jack Spade products are final sale.
- Items purchased at an outlet store are final sale.
- Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Refund Methods
