Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
- Any gym and/or swimwear must have the tags attached.
- The matchbook tag must not be removed from any items.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items with the matchbook tag removed cannot be returned.
- Gym and/or swimwear with tags removed are not eligible for return.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Damage caused by general wear and tear is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns and exchanges can be started online at exchanges.chubbiesshorts.com.
- You will need your order number and email address to begin the process.
In-Store Returns
- In-store purchases can be returned online via the returns website.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, you can contact support@chubbies.com for assistance.
- Replacements or refunds are available for items damaged due to manufacturing errors.
- Damage from general wear and tear is not covered.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Additional Notes
- Rewards members may have special perks on returns.
- Large returns are reviewed manually before processing refunds or exchanges.
