Return Conditions
- Unworn or unaltered merchandise
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Packaged in its original packaging
Refund Methods
- Refund based on the original form of payment
- eGift card or appeasement if original payment cannot be refunded
- Gift card restored or new one provided for gift card purchases
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable.
- A $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted if your return is authorized after 14 days from your shipment date (and within the 30-day policy).
- Items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
- Cole Haan reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.
Online / Mail Returns
- Prepaid and authorized return labels are generated only for compliant orders and items.
- Specific links are provided for orders placed before 2/24/26 and for orders placed 2/24/26 and forward.
- Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
- Cole Haan stores can only process returns from purchases made at retail/outlet stores or www.colehaan.com.
- Full-price in-store purchases must be returned to full-price retail stores only.
- Outlet purchases must be returned to outlet stores only.
- Original form of payment must be present to receive a refund on that form of payment.
Gift Returns
- Refund will go to the original form of payment.
- For gift exchanges purchased online, contact Customer Service at 800-695-8945 for assistance.
- Provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number when returning a gift.
- If a gift was purchased with a gift card, the gift card will be restored to its original value or a new one provided.
Exchange Policy
- Free exchanges for the same style and color but a different size or width with no return shipping cost.
- For exchange for a different item, place a new order online or call 800-695-8945.
- Exchanges are processed in two steps: refund for the returned item(s) and an Exchange Order Email Invoice once the package is in route, followed by payment of the invoice for the Exchange Order before items are processed.
- Item availability is not guaranteed for exchanges.
- Exchanges are not offered on PayPal, Klarna, Gift Card, or ApplePay orders.
Additional Notes
- Returns authorized within 14 days of the original shipment date will not be charged return shipping fees.
- Contact Customer Service at 800-695-8945 for further assistance or questions about the policy.
- All Cole Haan items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place.
