Return Conditions
- Item(s) must be unworn or unused.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Return or exchange must be initiated within 45 days of purchase.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned online or in store.
- Original shipping charges and any applicable taxes on the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Exchanges are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be mailed back for a refund or exchange using a pre-paid return label or QR code.
- A $5.00 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund total when using the pre-paid return label, unless returning a faulty item or for an exchange.
- Customers receive an emailed pre-paid return shipping label and QR code upon submitting their return.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to a Clarks retail store for FREE for an immediate refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- The $5.00 return shipping charge does not apply to faulty items.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for a different size or fit are FREE of charge.
- The original item(s) must be received at the warehouse within 14 days, or the exchange order will be cancelled.
- If the original item(s) are received after the exchange order is cancelled, a refund will be issued upon successful inspection.
Additional Notes
- A $5.00 shipping charge is deducted from the refund total for mailed returns, unless the return is for an exchange or a faulty item.
- Customers should retain their return tracking number until the refund appears on their statement.
