Summary

CB2 offers a 90 days of receipt for Standard Delivery items return window on most items. Merchandise for Standard Delivery items must be returned within 90 days of receipt. Receipt is not strictly required — purchases can be looked up. Refunds are issued via original gift receipt returns are refunded via a shop card or original sales receipt or packing slip returns are refunded in the original form of tender. Notable exceptions include stock furniture items require contact within 7 days of delivery/pickup and must be returned within 30 days, non-furniture items for international orders have a 90-day return window, international online orders purchased through borderfree cannot be returned to cb2 stores, and more.

Return Conditions

  • Merchandise for Standard Delivery items must be returned within 90 days of receipt
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • All merchandise will be inspected upon return

Refund Methods

  • Original Gift Receipt returns are refunded via a Shop Card
  • Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip returns are refunded in the Original Form of Tender
  • If no receipt, an associate will work with you on return options

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Stock furniture items require contact within 7 days of delivery/pickup and must be returned within 30 days
  • Non-furniture items for international orders have a 90-day return window
  • International online orders purchased through Borderfree cannot be returned to CB2 stores
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable
  • Return shipping fees may apply

Online / Mail Returns

  • To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip, insure the package, and mail it to the CB2 address
  • For International Checkout online orders, refund amounts are credited by global partner Borderfree

In-Store Returns

  • Contact the store where the original purchase was made for Basic Freight or In-Home Delivery items
  • CB2 stores are unable to accept returns from international orders purchased online through Borderfree

Gift Returns

  • Original Gift Receipt returns are refunded via a Shop Card

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact within 7 days of delivery if damage occurs in transit or a defect is discovered
  • Returns for damaged or defective items are accepted within 90 days of delivery

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges will be issued for the item purchase price only

Additional Notes

  • Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect purchases upon receipt
