Return Conditions
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Return must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase from Carawayhome.com is required.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Bulk purchases and wholesale orders are considered final sale.
- Gift card purchases are final sale.
- Returns not meeting the conditions may be subject to restocking fees or denial.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be started through the online returns portal.
- For orders containing 5 or more sets, customers should contact help@carawayhome.com for assistance.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns can be initiated through the 'Gift Return' option in the Returns Portal.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify Caraway immediately for a replacement, compensation, or a full refund including return shipping costs.
Additional Notes
- Caraway reserves the right to limit or reject returns suspected of policy abuse or fraud.
- Customers are responsible for accurately and securely attaching return labels.
- The customer is responsible if a return is lost or delayed due to an unreadable barcode on the label.
