Return Conditions
- Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging for accessories.
- Deliveries cancelled on or after the day of delivery (online) or on the day of delivery (in-store) are subject to a $99.99 restocking charge.
- Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds or reselections are allowed after delivery or pickup of in-store merchandise.
- No refunds or reselections are allowed on discounted Room Packages once any items included in the package are delivered.
- Pillows and mattress protectors cannot be exchanged or refunded if opened.
- Opened but unused appliances incur a 20% restocking fee and a $99 pickup fee. Appliance delivery, installation, and haul-away fees are non-refundable. Products requiring gas or oil to operate cannot be returned after installation.
Refund Methods
- Full refund to original form of payment for eligible cancellations and returns.
- Refund of price difference for price adjustments.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Room Packages are not eligible for refunds or reselections once delivered.
- Custom Order Items (closets, custom upholstery) become final sale and non-cancellable after 48 hours of purchase, with a 50% non-refundable deposit for Custom Upholstery and Custom Closet orders.
- Pillows and mattress protectors cannot be exchanged or refunded if opened.
- Box springs and adjustable bases cannot be exchanged or refunded once delivered.
- Clearance and electronics are not covered by the furniture warranty.
Online / Mail Returns
- Full refund if you cancel your online purchase within three (3) days after receipt of delivery.
- Deliveries cancelled on or after the day of delivery will be subject to a restocking charge of $99.99.
- Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
- Full refund if you cancel your purchase at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled delivery.
- Deliveries cancelled on the day of delivery will be subject to a restocking charge of $99.99.
- No refunds or reselections are allowed after delivery or pickup of merchandise.
- Accessories (Tabletop items, wall décor, accent pillows, linens, lamps, florals, and area rugs) can be returned to a showroom within three (3) days in new, unused condition in the original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
- CITY Furniture will repair or replace any furniture with stains, manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials for one or three years from the date of delivery.
- Service for damaged/defective items will be performed in your home, within the CITY Furniture trading area in Florida.
- Clearance and electronics are not covered by this warranty.
Price Adjustments
- If, within two weeks of purchasing merchandise (or 30 days for mattresses), a lower price is discovered from an authorized dealer in Florida (including CITY Furniture), the difference will be refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Mattress Comfort Guarantee: Customers must sleep on the mattress for twenty-one (21) days before a one-time reselection is permitted. Reselections must be for an item of equal or greater value, and a new Premium Delivery charge along with a $129.95 exchange fee will apply.
- Appliances may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery or pickup, if unused and in new condition. Opened but unused appliances will incur a 20% restocking fee and a $99 pickup fee.
