Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original sales receipt or invoice required for in‑store returns
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment
- Refund to a gift card (for web orders returned in‑store)
- Refund via mailed check (for web orders returned in‑store)
- Store credit when no receipt is presented
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Installed products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Defective items must be handled directly with the manufacturer
- Promotional‑discount items are prorated; discount value is deducted from reimbursement
- Free‑gift items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective (direct replacement only)
- Clearance and outlet merchandise are sold “as is” and are non‑returnable
- Certain categories (outboard motors, EPIRBs, boats, generators, hazardous items, licenses, gift cards) are non‑returnable
Online / Mail Returns
- Contact Customer Service (1‑888‑626‑7576) to obtain a Return Authorization before sending a web order back
- Return Authorization must be documented for the return to be processed
In-Store Returns
- Bring the item in original packaging with the invoice/receipt to any Camping World retail location
- If no receipt, a valid state‑issued ID is required and a store merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest price within the last 90 days
Gift Returns
- Gift receipts receive store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- Good Sam members may return any unused, unopened product purchased on or after Feb 9 2018 at any time (subject to exclusions)
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
Price Adjustments
- Returned items that were part of a promotional discount will have the discount value deducted from the refund
Exchange Policy
- Most unused items can be exchanged within the 90‑day window
Additional Notes
- Shipping charges are never refunded
- Proper ID is required for returns without a receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless the return is processed in‑store
