Able to Return After Use? Crate & Barrel

So we bought a Legacy Series Vitamix for our home a month ago. However, I also was super curious how the Ascent series compared so I bought that from Crate & Barrel recently. If I wanted to 'test' it and use it once to see how it was - could I still return it? Has anyone returned for a full refu
