Return Conditions
- Item must be new and non-worn.
- Requires original sales receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip for full refund.
- Refunds for credit card purchases are credited back to the original card used.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment for returns within 90 days with a receipt.
- Merchandise credit for returns without a receipt or after 90 days.
- Merchandise exchange for returns without a receipt or after 90 days.
- eCard refund emailed to the address associated with the order.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items returned without a receipt after 90 days are eligible only for merchandise credit or exchange at the current selling price.
- Returns of items purchased from retail stores cannot be processed by mail.
- Online returns using a prepaid label will have $6 deducted from the refund.
- Rewards or discounts used will be forfeited for returned products.
- Skip Hop products with a quality defect require submission of a form or email to customerservice@skiphop.com for arrangements.
Online / Mail Returns
- Return by mail to Carters.com | OshKosh.com, Attn: Returns Processing, 625 Braselton Parkway, Braselton, GA 30517.
- Use the interactive return tool on carters.com to create a prepaid return label.
- Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any Company-owned Carter's or OshKosh B'gosh retail or outlet store in the U.S.
In-Store Returns
- Any item purchased at a Company-owned Carter's retail or outlet store, or eligible Carter's and Skip Hop items purchased online, can be returned or exchanged at any Company-owned Carter's retail or outlet store in the U.S.
- Bring the original sales receipt, gift receipt, packing slip, and the credit card used for the original purchase.
- For returns without a receipt in-store, Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh can look up the original purchase transaction using Rewarding Moments information, physical address, or email address.
Gift Returns
- Gifts can be returned for a merchandise credit.
- Merchandise credit for gifts will be delivered via email to the specified address using the Interactive Returns Tool.
- Option to elect a refund to the original payment method is available.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- Rewarding Moments information can be used to look up original purchase transactions for in-store returns without a receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Any Carter's or OshKosh B'gosh product with a quality defect can be returned to a store for a full refund or exchange with a packing slip or printed receipt.
- Contact Consumer Affairs at 888-782-9548 to arrange mail returns for defective items.
- For Skip Hop product with a quality defect, fill out and submit a form or email customerservice@skiphop.com.
Exchange Policy
- Items can be exchanged within 90 days with a receipt for full purchase price.
- Exchanges are processed as a refund and reorder; contact customer service at 877-333-0117 for fastest service and a waived shipping charge on the reorder.
- Discounts for exchanges of the same style in a different size or color will be honored.
