Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by its original tags and packaging (including shoe box).
- Products cannot be used, altered, or washed.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original form of payment.
- Instant refunds through Reshop, if eligible.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items purchased through international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-champion.com sites) are not eligible for returns through the U.S. return portal.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Merchandise returned that does not meet the stated requirements will be denied.
Online / Mail Returns
- Champion accepts returns for orders placed through their official online store.
- Returns are initiated through the U.S. return portal by providing the order number and shipping zip code.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact Champion immediately.
- Champion is unable to support orders placed through international websites or third-party retailers for damaged/defective products; refer to the original retailer's policy.
