Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Online returns must be received by the warehouse within the return window.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Underwear and swimwear may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are in the original sealed wrapping.
- Personalized items may not be returned.
- Incomplete, worn, or washed items are not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- A flat rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the refund.
- To initiate a return, you can use the 'Start A Return' link on the website to access your return slip.
- If you are unable to print the return slip, you must include your order number, name, address, phone number, email address, reason for return, purchase date, and payment method with the return.
In-Store Returns
- Apparel and accessories purchased from calvinklein.us can be returned to any Calvin Klein Retail or Company Store free of charge.
- You must present your return slip at the store to process the online return.
Membership & Rewards Benefits
- My Calvin Rewards members have an extended return window of 45 days from the shipping confirmation date.
Price Adjustments
- Calvin Klein does not honor price adjustments for merchandise purchased on calvinklein.us.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not processed online or in-store.
- To exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees are not credited for change of mind returns.
- If an entire order is returned, the full amount will be refunded. For partial returns, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
