Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, unworn condition.
- All original documentation, including the sales receipt and tags, must be included.
- Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including any dust bags, boxes, or care booklets.
- Returns must be made within the country of purchase.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Purchases made with cash, debit card, or travelers check will be refunded via a check in the mail.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Altered merchandise
- Sale items
- Markdown items
In-Store Returns
- Products can be returned or exchanged at a CHANEL Boutique of your choice within the country of purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged by bringing them to a CHANEL Boutique in the country of purchase.
Additional Notes
- For returns outside the original country of purchase, you must contact Chanel for details on their international return policy.
- Chanel does not offer an authentication service for its products.
