Return Conditions
- Item must be in new and working condition.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund Methods
- Full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
- For cash transactions, a corporate check will be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
Price Adjustments
- A price difference will be refunded for products sold on BowFlex.com for up to one week from the purchase date, excluding retailer price matching.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange a product, you must return the original item within 30 days of receipt and place a new order.
- The new order must be placed within 14 days of the accepted return to qualify for a credit of any return shipping and/or restocking fees from the original item.
Additional Notes
- To initiate a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns must be postmarked no later than 2 weeks after the RMA number is issued.
- It is recommended to retain the original packing material for at least 30 days.

Probably a 100 times requesting the refund instead of voucher since July 10th. And the scum at Bowflex send the "voucher details" again.

[TX] Quick one. I bought a bowflex for around $2000 and had it delivered and installed and am currently using it. I just got an email saying they're sending a refund because it's undeliverable. Is it illegal to cash that check? Or just immoral?
