Return Conditions
- Products must be in usable condition (e.g., no stains, tears, burns, pet damage, odors, or other soiling).
- Usable condition is determined solely at Burrow's judgment.
- Returns are accepted or rejected at Burrow's sole discretion.
- Burrow may request descriptions and/or images of the products to determine their state prior to accepting returns.
- Failure to comply with Burrow's requests for any reason may result in Burrow's refusal of return.
- Original packaging intact is preferred; otherwise, higher return fees apply.
- Products shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for return.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- A return shipping fee equal to 10% of the product's paid value applies if the original packaging is intact.
- If the original packaging is not intact, the return shipping fee is 20% of the paid value.
- The return shipping fee is always capped at $250 per returned item.
- Mattress returns are free only if the mattress is in good condition; if soiled or otherwise unsalable, there is a $100 pick-up fee.
- Missing an appointment for a return to be picked up from your address will incur a fee.
- Individually purchased seat modules (not purchased as part of a Couch) are not eligible for returns.
- Individually purchased armrest sets (not purchased as part of a Couch) are not eligible for returns.
- Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular Product per initial order.
- If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 30-day trials on subsequent orders of that particular Product.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns must be initiated by completing the online Return Form.
- Burrow's Customer Experience team will contact the customer directly within 24-48 hours with next steps.
- Burrow will either send a return shipping label or schedule a return pickup.
- Burrow reserves the right to choose the method of return.
- Returns initiated directly with Burrow's partner vendors may result in a delay in receiving your refund and/or higher return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective or damaged orders are covered by Burrow's warranty and are not subject to any return shipping fees.
- Photos clearly depicting the issue are required for any damaged or defective product returns or replacement requests.
- Without photos, Burrow reserves the right to assess a return shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
- Burrow offers one free exchange within the 30-day return window, provided the product has its original packaging.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must submit a return request for the original product and specify their intent to exchange.
- Burrow will process the return for the original product without fees and refund the order in full, after which the customer can place a new order for the new product.
- Products must have original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- Any returns aside from the one free exchange are subject to return fees.
- Exchanges are not available for accessories or lighting.
Additional Notes
- This policy is effective as of January 1, 2023.
- Customers can cancel an order any time prior to a shipping label being created.
- Burrow reserves the right to refuse any returns.
