Return Conditions
- The appliance must have been purchased directly from Breville USA.
- The purchased appliance must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning the item.
Refund Methods
- Refund to original method of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Parts and accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
- Appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers cannot be returned to Breville.
- The Return Authority number is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.
Online / Mail Returns
- Contact Breville to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number to begin the process.
- Do not return an appliance without first obtaining a Return Authority number.
- If the item is returnable and sent back in the original, unmarked packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
- A product is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) if it shows symptoms of an equipment failure upon first use.
- If you believe your product is DOA, you must contact Breville within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
- Breville will determine if the product is DOA and will arrange for the return and ship a replacement at their expense.
Additional Notes
- Breville is not responsible for appliances that are lost or damaged during the return process if their procedure is not followed.
- The Return Authority number is valid for 14 calendar days from the date it is issued.
