New return/exchange policy +marking all new candles as 45 cent higher = scam, basically begging for a class action lawsuit.

I have loved Bath & Body Works forever. I wish I was posting my haul from today but it was overshadowed by a scam of an exchange situation. I went to the SAS to stock up on body washes and also to exchange a candle from my RECENT online order. To exchange the candle, the price tag has to be the

Does Bath & Body Works' inconsistent return/exchange policies make you think twice about your purchases?

When I worked for the company back in 2015, people would grab any old candle during candle day (even if they hated it) because they knew they could come back later when the sale was over and do a fair exchange (for candles they really wanted) no questions asked. With the way their policies are these

Note from an employee- I know starting tomorrow the returns and exchanges will flood in. Please remember… Without a receipt or gift receipt there is no even exchange. First post here - curious, has anyone tried to exchange $26.95 ticketed price candle for another $26.95 ticketed candle without receipt? I have a few scents here that I purchased last month before finding out the policy has changed. They are brand new.
