Return Conditions
- Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Packaging intact for electronics, beauty products, and home items.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment.
- Credit to personal credit card or Belk Rewards credit card.
- Store credit for gift returns without a receipt.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Belk Outlet and Belk Market locations do not accept returns from Belk stores or belk.com purchases.
- Specific products purchased on belk.com may be unable to be returned in stores.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Carrier return shipping fees are $12.95 for mail returns unless otherwise stated.
