• Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered and with the original tags.
• Special-occasion dresses and some designer items may not be returnable if tags have been removed.
• Items sent by mistake, with the wrong label, or not meeting return criteria won't be returned or refunded.
