Return Conditions
Nordstrom
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered and with the original tags.
- Special-occasion dresses and some designer items may not be returnable if tags have been removed.
- Items sent by mistake, with the wrong label, or not meeting return criteria won't be returned or refunded.
Bloomingdale's
- Merchandise must be saleable
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, undamaged)
- Must include all tags and original packaging
Exceptions & Restrictions
Nordstrom
- Fine jewelry, designer items, and products sold by third-party sellers purchased at Nordstrom are not eligible to be returned to Nordstrom Rack stores.
- Boutique returns must be processed at the store where they were originally purchased.
- Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack purchases made in Canada are not eligible for return at U.S. locations.
- Purchases from third-party sellers are eligible for a full refund if returned by the specified return-by date in purchase history.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Bloomingdale's
- Pre-owned merchandise (CHANEL, myGemma, REBAG) eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase
- Items marked "The Final Offer"
- Altered, customized, monogrammed, or personalized products
- Breast pumps
- Food and beverage items
- Sexual wellness products

- If PayPal, Afterpay, or a credit card was used with a gift card or Nordstrom Note, amount returned proportionally to tenders used.

- Credit to original form of payment
- Merchandise credit (if no receipt)
- Refund for furniture protection plans
Online / Mail Returns

- By mail: Print a prepaid label or get a QR code to use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations. Free returns.
- In-store: Take return to any Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, or Nordstrom Local. Free returns.
