How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Sign in to your Samsung account and go to **My Orders** (or use the guest order lookup)
- 2Verify the product is eligible – the page will show a “Return eligible through” date
- 3Contact Order Support via the provided link or chat to request a return; they will generate a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and email a prepaid return label
- 4Print the label, pack the device with all accessories, perform a factory reset, and ship the package within the 15‑day window
- 5Once Samsung receives and inspects the item, they will issue the refund to the original payment method
When You Can Get a Refund
- Purchase must be made directly from Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung App (other retailers handle returns themselves)
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery; damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days
- Item must be in new or like‑new condition, include all original accessories, be factory‑reset, and be shipped in original packaging
