How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Email shackstore@shakeshack.com with the item name(s), email used for the order, proof of purchase, order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund, store credit, or exchange).
- 2If the request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and a shipping label via email.
- 3Return the item using the provided shipping label within thirty (30) days of receiving the return authorization.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customized orders and items listed as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or altered items may be denied a return.

- Refund to the original form of payment.
- Store credit.
- Replacement.
