How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your NFL Shop account or use the 'Track My Order' feature to access your order details.
- 2Select the 'Return Items' option for the order containing the items you wish to return.
- 3Choose the specific items you are returning and provide a reason for the return.
- 4Select your preferred return method, either dropping off at a Happy Returns® location with a QR code or mailing the package via UPS with a provided label.
- 5Review your return information and finalize the process by clicking 'Process Return'.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Customized or personalized items, items marked as 'Final Sale', game-used items, and trading cards are not eligible for return.
- Purchases made at a venue must be returned to that specific venue.
- Manufacturer direct items are subject to a 30-day return policy.

Additional Notes
- A return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund when using the provided return label or QR code for a refund to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- If you choose to receive an e-gift card for your refund, the return shipping fee is waived.
- Gifts can be returned for an e-gift card which will be emailed to the gift recipient.
