How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Contact Peloton's Member Support Team to initiate a return.
- 2For Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, and Row, Member Support will arrange for a specialist partner to schedule a pick-up.
- 3For Peloton Guide, the Support Team will provide a return label.
- 4The refund is processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
When You Can Get a Refund
- A return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage from improper use or accidents.
- If the product is returned in a damaged condition, with missing parts, or shows signs of abuse, Peloton may refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee.
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

- Return fees apply for Peloton hardware returns.
- Membership fees and expert assembly costs are non-refundable.
- First-time purchasers may be eligible for the 30-Day Home Trial, which offers a full refund including delivery and pickup fees if the product is in 'like-new' condition.
