How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Go to the 'Track My Order' page on the NHL Shop website.
- 2Enter your order number and email address to view your order details.
- 3Click the 'Return Items' button and select the items you wish to return, along with the reason.
- 4Choose your preferred return method, such as mail-in with a provided label or a QR code drop-off at a Happy Returns location.
- 5Package your items and send them back according to the selected method.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- Customized and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Trusted Partner items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Items that do not meet return conditions may be donated to charity without a refund.

- E-gift card for gift returns
Partial Refunds
- A return shipping fee of $9.99 is deducted from your refund for orders returned within the U.S. using the provided label.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Additional Notes
- Exchanges for a different size of the same item are available for most single-item orders within 60 days of delivery.
- For gift returns, the refund will be issued in the form of an e-gift card to the gift recipient.
