Today marks the 91 day since our cruise on the Sea Princess departed Sydney Australia but was cut short the after just a few days into a 28 day cruise. We were originally promised a full refund within 60 days. It's now been 91 days with no communications from the cruise lines.

Response time for Princess Cruise Excursion Refund?
Hi guys! I booked an excursion through Princess and then found an outside excursion for a lower price. I filled out the Princess "Best Price Request Form" to apply for a refund of the difference, and the form says it takes 2 days to get a response. I emailed my form 6 days ago, and resent it 4 days
