When You Can Get a Refund

  • Cancellation of refundable fares prior to scheduled departure

  • Flight is changed by JetBlue (domestic change >3 hours, international change >6 hours, or nonstop to connecting/stopover)
  • Cancellation of a trip is required to receive any refund

Hello today I waited 4 hours continuously being told my flight was delayed until they eventually told me it was canceled at which point I spent another 4 hours waiting in line at the service counter to be told that there is no refunds and they have already rebooked my flight at a different airport 3
