Cancellation Steps
Canva Pro
- Log in to the Canva account that holds the Pro subscription.
- From the homepage, click your account profile → Settings → Billing.
- On the plan card, click “Cancel plan”, then follow the prompts: select “Continue cancellation”, choose a reason, and finally click “Cancel subscription”.

- Using a browser or the Figma desktop app, locate your Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
- Click on 'Admin'.
- Select the 'Settings' tab.
- In the 'Plan' section, click 'Cancel plan'.
- Select a reason for cancellation and confirm by clicking 'Cancel plan'.

- You can reactivate a cancelled Pro plan at any time by subscribing again through the Canva website or the relevant app store.
- All your existing designs remain in your account; after re‑activation you regain access to Pro features.

- Cancelling stops future billing, but you retain Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Canva also offers a 3‑month pause option for monthly or annual plans, which can be selected instead of full cancellation.

- Cancelling a Professional plan subscription will downgrade your team to the free Starter plan at the end of your current billing period.
- You will have access to all Professional plan features until the end of the current billing period.
- To downgrade from the Organization or Enterprise plan, you must contact the Figma support team.
- Any seats you add before your plan is downgraded will be prorated and reflected on your last invoice.
