Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in original, unused condition with original tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Must be in saleable condition.
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (for non-cash transactions).
- Mailed check (for cash transactions).
- Store gift card (for cash transactions or gift receipt returns).
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked “on sale” are only eligible for exchange or store credit and cannot be refunded.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and purchases marked as “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Merchandise purchased at Vince Outlet or other retailers will not be accepted at Vince Full Price Retail Stores.
- Vince Outlet Store purchases have a 14-day return window and are only accepted at Vince Outlet Stores.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online full-price purchases are generally eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days, subject to standard return conditions.
- For price adjustments on online purchases, contact 833.717.1720.
In-Store Returns
- Full-price merchandise purchased in a Vince Full Price Retail Store can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days with proof of purchase.
- Vince Full Price Retail Stores will not accept merchandise purchased at Vince Outlet or other retailers.
- Returns for purchases made at a Vince Outlet Store must be made at an Outlet Store within 14 days.
Gift Returns
- Items with gift receipts are eligible for refund in the form of a store credit.
Price Adjustments
- A onetime price adjustment is offered for full-price purchases within 14 days of purchase.
- The item(s) must be marked down in a Vince Full Price Retail Store or at vince.com (Outlet Prices do not apply).
- For in-store purchases, return to the store of purchase; for online purchases, contact 833.717.1720.
Exchange Policy
- Items can generally be exchanged if they meet return conditions.
- Items marked 'on sale' are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Additional Notes
- The 30-day return window applies to full-price merchandise purchased from Vince Full Price Retail Stores.
