Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- All original tags, including the QR code security tag, must be attached and undamaged.
- All original packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and undamaged shoe boxes, must be included.
- Swimwear and underwear must be tried on over personal underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Fragrances, body gels, deodorants, after-shave balms, or after-shave lotions that contain alcohol are not eligible for return.
- Fragrances and certain other toiletries that do not contain alcohol can only be returned if the transparent protective film has not been removed.
Online / Mail Returns
- To start a return, enter your order number and email address on the Versace website.
- A pre-paid UPS shipping label and packing slip will be available to download.
- Package the item(s) with the packing slip and affix the new shipping label.
- Drop the package at a UPS location or schedule a pickup.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases cannot be returned to Versace boutiques.
Gift Returns
- For gift returns, the refund is issued to the individual who originally placed the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for a different size and/or color of the same item, subject to availability.
- The original item must be shipped within 5 business days of the exchange request.
- Only one exchange is permitted per item; an exchanged item can only be returned for a refund.
- Exchanges are not offered in Versace boutiques.
Additional Notes
- Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
- For returns, Versace bears the shipping costs for orders delivered within the US using the provided pre-paid UPS label.
