Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Items must be unworn or unused with all tags attached.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Only non-seasonal and non-promotional items qualify for standard returns.
- All returns are subject to review and approval.
Refund Methods
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Store credit.
- Exchange.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Perishables such as food, flowers, and plants are not eligible for return.
- Bedding and mattresses are not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
- Personal care items such as beauty products are not eligible for return.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- Submit the return request through Tuesday Morning's return portal.
- Once approved, use the prepaid shipping label provided by Tuesday Morning.
- Questions about return eligibility can be sent to support@tuesdaymorning.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect the order on arrival.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, submit a return request immediately.
Exchange Policy
- Eligible items can be returned for an exchange within the 30-day window.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes
- Once a return is approved through the return portal, Tuesday Morning provides a prepaid shipping label.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and the refund has not posted, Tuesday Morning tells customers to contact support.
