Return Conditions

  • Items must have been purchased directly through Traeger Grills via phone, sponsored event, or traeger.com.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging.
  • A copy of the original receipt of purchase must be included.
  • All items must be postmarked within 45 days from the original date of shipment.

Refund Methods

  • A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight and/or restocking fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card.
  • If the original form of payment is no longer active, a check will be sent within 30 days.
  • If Traeger EZ-Pay was used, the payment plan will be cancelled upon receipt of the product, and any installment payments, less applicable fees, will be refunded.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Items purchased from retail dealers are subject to the dealer's specific return policy, and Traeger does not offer refunds for these purchases.
