Return Conditions
- Items must be in like-new condition.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted via the online form within 30 days of receiving the item.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Volume orders, defined as four or more of the same item, are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made desktops and the Narrative Standing Desk desktop cannot be returned.
- Products from partner brands such as Humanscale and Raynor are subject to different return policies, which may include restocking fees or final sale terms.
- Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items returned in non-original packaging or that are not in like-new condition will not be refunded.
Online / Mail Returns
- A return request must be submitted via an online form within 30 days of receipt.
- Return approvals take between 3-5 business days, after which an RMA number and instructions will be issued.
- For most orders within the contiguous United States, a free return shipping label will be provided.
- If your order was shipped via freight, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight shipment.

- Free return shipping is provided for most products for customers within the contiguous United States.
