Return Conditions
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
- For a full refund, blenders must be returned within 60 days of purchase from Vitamix.com, the Vitamix Household Customer Care Center, or Vitamix Direct Shows.
- Returns after the 60-day trial period are subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Commercial merchandise must be new/unused and in its original, unopened carton to be eligible for return.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Products purchased from retail stores or other websites must be returned to the original retailer.
- Cookbooks are final sale and cannot be returned.
- No product returns are accepted after 1 year from the purchase date.
- Special merchandise built to a buyer's specification is not returnable.
Additional Notes
- Vitamix offers a risk-free, 60-day in-home trial for blenders purchased directly, and will pay for return shipping if returned within this period.
- A restocking fee applies to returns made after 60 days: 15% for 61-90 days, 25% for 91 days to 6 months, and 35% for 6 months to 1 year.
- To initiate a return, you must call 1-800-848-2649 (option 1) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
