Return Conditions
- Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached.
- Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox.
- Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition.
- Tommy Hilfiger reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet their requirements.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- For in-store returns, Hilfiger Club members may receive store credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
- Customized or personalized items are generally non-returnable.
- Underwear, swimwear (if hygienic liner removed or tags missing), face masks, earrings, hair pieces, and hosiery are generally not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items purchased through Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay must be returned online and cannot be processed in-store.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers can initiate a return on the Tommy Hilfiger website to generate a pre-paid return shipping label and a return slip.
- A flat rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund for mail returns for purchases made after January 8, 2024.
- Online returns must be received by the warehouse within the specified return window.
In-Store Returns
- Most online orders can be returned to any Tommy Hilfiger retail store in the USA.
- Returns are issued for merchandise in original, unworn condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the return slip.
- In-store returns are free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you believe you've received a faulty product, contact the Customer Care Team for an assessment.
- You may be asked to upload 2-3 clear, high-resolution images showing the fault, soles (for footwear), the entire product, and the barcode/tag.
- If the item is confirmed faulty, it will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method.
- It is the customer's responsibility to report any faults in materials or workmanship within a reasonable timeframe.
- General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not covered.
- For obvious material or production defects, including transport damage, Customer Service should be notified immediately.
Exchange Policy
- Tommy Hilfiger does not offer direct exchanges online or in-store.
- To get a different size or color, customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Any discount applied to merchandise that is returned will be deducted from any refund amount.
- The return slip serves as your receipt and packing slip.
- If a return slip is unavailable for mail returns, customers must include the order number, first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, reason for return, purchase date, and payment method with their return.
