I bought these Timberlands from Footlocker and they do not work properly. Of course I wore them already because I noticed it first while walking in rain. I wore them, but they are defective, can I still return them?
Footlocker states they do not accept returns for worn shoes. What can I do? I want a new pair if that works, maybe in a size smaller. Will they accept my return if they test the shoe and see it is not hydrophobic like they should be? I also paid money for Footlocker to spray them in a small box and
