Return Conditions
- All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches.
- Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
- Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable condition.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. For in-store cash purchases over $200, a mail check will be issued.
- Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a non-refundable merchandise credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Merchandise of $75,000 or more is eligible for exchange only within 30 days of purchase; no refunds will be issued.
- Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.
- Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
Online / Mail Returns
- Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns.
- You can print a return label from their website and drop the package at the nearest UPS location.
- Online purchases can also be returned at any Tiffany & Co. store in the U.S.
In-Store Returns
- You may return an item at any Tiffany & Co. store in the U.S.
- Please bring your sales receipt along with your item.
- For online returns in-store, please also bring your original form of payment.
Gift Returns
- Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a non-refundable merchandise credit.
Exchange Policy
- Products are accepted for exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise $75,000 or more is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Additional Notes
- All merchandise must be returned with the sales receipt.
