Return Conditions

  • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
  • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable condition.

  • Items must be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Exceptions & Restrictions

Tiffany & Co.

  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise of $75,000 or more is eligible for exchange only within 30 days of purchase; no refunds will be issued.
