Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must be defective.
- Excluding full-price bras, which can be returned even after wearing or washing under the Soma risk-free bra guarantee.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- Merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns.
- If the original purchase was made by check, you may choose to receive a merchandise card, or a check will be mailed within 30 days of return.
- For PayPal orders, refunds will be issued through PayPal.
- If multiple forms of payment were used, refunds are applied in the following order: merchandise cards/gift cards, credit cards, check, then cash.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- "Final sale" or "as-is" items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Gift cards (except where required by law) and gift boxes are not returnable.
- Worn, soiled, or washed merchandise is generally not accepted, with the exception of full-price bras.
- Purchases must be returned in the country of original purchase.
- Merchandise purchased in an outlet store must be returned to an outlet.
Online / Mail Returns
- Merchandise purchased via PayPal may be returned via mail using the provided return shipping label.
- Good Morning America Deals & Steals Soma Event merchandise (in original condition with tags attached) may be returned or exchanged when accompanied by your packing slip, with the customer paying return shipping costs.
In-Store Returns
- All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted at any Soma U.S. boutiques (excluding outlets).
- Merchandise purchased via PayPal may also be returned in stores.
Gift Returns
- Merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Merchandise must be defective to be eligible for return.
Price Adjustments
- Price adjustments are honored on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Original receipt is required for price adjustments.
- In-store purchases are eligible for in-store price adjustments.
- Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in stores.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for a different size or color are valid within 60 days of the original purchase.
- Merchandise sent for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective.
- To exchange, circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the preferred size/color; your new merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of the return.
- To have items shipped prior to the return arriving, you may call customer service to place a re-order.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different item within 60 days, you may call customer service to place a re-order.
Additional Notes
- Soma reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
- You are limited to $250 in non-receipted returns within a 60-day period (excluding defective merchandise).
- All shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Customer identification may be required for returns.
