Video Guides
Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached.
- Untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- The original order packing slip should be included in the return package.
- Customers are asked to wear underwear when first trying on a purchase.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
- If an order was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the gift card.
- If a refund is provided beyond 30 days or in the event there's no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a SKIMS gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Combined returns of multiple orders are prohibited and will result in processing delays.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
- Returns that show signs of wear or do not meet criteria may be refused.
- Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
- Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
- Returns must be requested online to receive a pre-paid express returns label.
- US returns are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- The return shipping fee is waived if you select store credit for your refund.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
- Once a return label is created, customers have 14 days to drop it off at their local carrier.
- Self-postage returns are available, but customers are responsible for shipping fees and any reverse duties and taxes.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not offered at this time; customers are encouraged to follow the return process instead.
Additional Notes
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately at SKIMS' discretion.
- SKIMS reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the specified criteria.
- If a generated return label expires after 14 days, customers should contact Customer Service for assistance with replacement labels.
- Customers should contact SKIMS Customer Service for assistance with order changes or cancellations.
