Return Conditions
- US customers can return unworn merchandise within 14 days.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns that are not dropped off or shipped within 14 days automatically expire.
Refund Methods

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Oversized items that exceed Happy Returns size limits must be mailed instead of dropped off at a Return Bar.
Online / Mail Returns
- Start the return at stuartweitzman.happyreturns.com and choose either Return Bar or Mail.
- Return Bar drop-offs use a QR code and do not require a printed label.
- Mail returns use the prepaid label generated through the Happy Returns flow.
In-Store Returns
- US customers can also return or exchange eligible orders in Stuart Weitzman retail locations.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be made for the same item or a different color within the same product group at an equal or lower price.
- If the exchange item sells out, Stuart Weitzman issues a refund instead.
- The company recommends using a return and new purchase if you want a different style.
Additional Notes
- Customers must use Stuart Weitzman's prepaid labels if they want the return tracked by the company.
- Manufacturing-defect concerns are handled through customer service rather than the standard self-service return flow.
