Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories intact.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- All promotional, bundled products, and Gift with Purchase items must be returned together with the main product.
- Only items purchased directly from Razer.com can be returned to Razer.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are typically issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Razer products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
- Skins and Customs (Personalized Products) are not eligible for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, you need to visit the Returns and Refunds page on Razer.com and click on 'START MY RETURN'.
- You will need to select the product and reason for the return.
- A pre-paid return label is provided, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Alternatively, you can use a self-ship label, in which case you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an incorrect item, you should contact Razer's support team for assistance before returning it.
Additional Notes
- The returned items must match the original order, including the correct serial numbers.
- Items that do not match the original order will not be accepted or processed for a refund.

**UPDATE** Wanted to give everyone an update on how things progressed and what I did. It's now 20 days after my initial post here on how to elevate a claim with Razer, and I have successfully been credited (back to my credit card) the full amount of the Razer Blade 15 and the Chroma V2 laptop stand.
