Return Conditions
- Gear must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged.
- Gear must include the original packaging.
- Used gear, stickers, water bottles, and bladders are non-returnable.

Exceptions & Restrictions
- A $5 USD shipping charge applies to returns or exchanges of the Mt. EverRest™ Cot and Basecamp™ Foldable Dog Bed.
- Pro Purchase returns will be charged $10 USD for shipping and are not eligible for exchanges.
- Returns on orders over $600 USD must be initiated by contacting the customer experience team.
Online / Mail Returns
- To start a return, you will need to enter your Ruffwear order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
- US customers receive free shipping on returns and exchanges, with some exclusions.
Gift Returns
- Returns are accepted for products that have not been used and are in current styles/colors.
- Gift returns are eligible for a ruffwear.com e-Gift Card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Ruffwear guarantees its gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- If you have a defective product, return it to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.
- If you purchased directly from Ruffwear, you will need to fill out a warranty form.
Price Adjustments
- If you find a lower price on an item you recently purchased, you can request a price adjustment by contacting the customer experience team.
Exchange Policy
- To make an exchange, begin the return process for your order and you will be prompted to select the size/color you need.
- Exchange orders are sent once your return is received by Ruffwear.
- You have 14 days from creating your return/exchange request to mail your items.
Additional Notes
- If you purchased a Ruffwear item from an authorized retailer, you must contact them directly regarding their return policy.
- Canadian returns and exchanges will be charged $5 for shipping.
