Return Conditions
- Items must be in new, unworn condition.
- All original tags must be attached and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or a Rhone store credit.
- Cash purchases are refunded via Rhone store credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Alterations done at Rhone retail stores or privately are considered final sale.
- Shoes, undergarments, and accessories must be in their original unopened packaging.
- Purchases from third-party retailers (like Nordstrom) cannot be returned to Rhone.
- Merchandise from Rhone outlet stores has a 15-day return window and must be returned to an outlet store.
Online / Mail Returns
- Free returns and exchanges are offered on U.S. orders via a U.S. return portal.
- A free return shipping label is provided through the portal.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
- Returns for online orders are accepted at Rhone retail stores.
- Rhone outlet stores cannot accept returns from rhone.com or Rhone retail stores.
- Rhone retail stores cannot accept returns from outlet stores.
Gift Returns
- Gifts can be returned for store credit or an exchange within 45 days of purchase.
- The order number and shipping zip code are needed to start a gift return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Free exchanges are available for U.S. orders through the online portal.
- Each item is eligible for only one exchange.
Additional Notes
- Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
- For orders paid with a combination of store credit and a credit card, the refund will be applied to the store credit first.
